Transfer Pricing Openings in Beijing, China -- Associate

Since our business continues to grow in China. There will be several full-time openings in Beijing’s Transfer Pricing practice. NERA’s Transfer Pricing experts work with leading multinational corporations and other clients in designing and implementing economically sound business strategies and transaction structures.

Job Descriptions

1. Perform field work and information collection.
2. Perform economic research and preliminary analysis.
3. Review and analyze financial statements and annual reports of benchmark companies.
4. Conduct quantitative, statistical and comparative valuation analyses.
5. Intensive analyses using NERA methodology.
6. Developing detailed financial and economic models.
7. Draft analysis report.
8. This is a team-based, multi-task environment that requires precision work that is both qualitative and quantitative often with tight deadlines.

Job Qualifications

1. Team work spirit and integrity, sensibility of numbers.
2. Fast learner, quality conscious and committed to deadlines, self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills.
3. 2-year+ working experience of accounting, finance or applied math in a management consulting, tax consulting or transfer pricing consulting group.
4. B.A. in economics, accounting, finance or related field.
5. Qualifications such as AICPA, RTA, ACCA is a plus.
6. Strong excel skills, excellent oral and written communications skills.
7. Good language proficiency in Japanese.
